Hi, I’m Shannon, a doula based in Ringwood, and I’m hosting a free drop-in group for expectant and new parents (babies welcome!) on the first Thursday of every month 9:30-11am at Arboro Lounge, Ringwood.
Come along for free support with pregnancy, birth, postpartum and infant feeding, or just to enjoy a coffee with like-minded parents in a relaxed space where you can show up as you are, no judgement and no expectations.
Whether you’re overwhelmed with information and need some clarity, things just feel a bit heavy and you’d like some support, or you simply want to connect with others in the same phase of life, I’d love to see you there!
